The relevant files are: KER:RBKERMIT.CMD The executable KERMIT program for the Rainbow. KER:RBKERMIT.H86 The hex file for the Rainbow (load with GENCMD). KER:RBKERMIT.HLP Information about Rainbow KERMIT. KER:APCKERMIT.CMD The executable KERMIT program for the NEC APC. KER:RBKERMIT.H86 The hex file for the NEC APC (load with GENCMD). If you have trouble doing that, then transfer the .H86 file and build a .CMD file from it using GENCMD. If you don't have KERMIT on your Rainbow, read KER:RBKERMIT.HLP for a helpful hint, or follow the installation directions in the KERMIT User Guide. Report any problems directly to me. Thanks to Ron Blanford of the University of Washington and Bernie Eiben at DEC for their contributions to this new release. - Frank da Cruz
