The files VX*.* comprise a version of UNIX KERMIT adapted to run under VMS
on the VAX-11.  Unfortunately, the VMS support was added to a very old
version of UNIX KERMIT, and hasn't yet been merged in with the present version
of UNIX KERMIT, which is in this area as KERMIT.C.  (Oct 83)
