The  FLA  command creates,  eliminates,  or displays group global 
 event flags.

 The general form of the FLA command is:

	FLA [[ggg]/keyword]
		   CRE
		   ELIM

 If the  group number is omitted, the system defaults to the login 
 UIC  group number of the issuing terminal.  If you omit the group 
 number and  keyword  specification,  all the  group  global event 
 flags are displayed.

2 CRE
 Creates group global event flags for the specified  UIC group.  If
 the group number is omitted, the system defaults to the login UIC
 group number of the issuing terminal.

2 ELIM
 Eliminates group  global  event  flags for the specified  UIC 
 group. If the group number is omitted, the system defualts to the 
 login UIC group number of the issuing terminal.
