[22,316]README.1st - Cargill Message Routines for Pascal Utility Library

This directory contains routines for a general message package for use
with Oregon (ne' OMSI) Pascal. Utility procedures and test programs are
included. The package uses RSX Variable Send Data directives to pass
messages between tasks on the same node, or through an intermediate
task and DECNET to tasks on different nodes. 

This is under active development - meaning it is not complete and may
well have bugs. However, it does work and may be useful as is. It will
be merged with the [22,310]P3UTIL directory when finished.
