1 BRUDIR Produces a directory of a BRU format backup tape in a form similar to that given by the DCL DIRECTORY command. This utility does NOT use a standard command interface. Mount the tape and RUN it as follows: $ MOUNT MT:/FOREIGN $ RUN SYS$SYSTEM:BRUDIR Then answer questions posed on the invoking terminal: Input Tapedeck: e.g. MT0 (unit number required) Density (800/1600): answer 800 or 1600 Listing format (FULL,BRIEF,LIST): see below Output file: answer name, or CR for TT: Listing formats are: BRIEF gives name and File-ID only LIST gives name, creation date/time, and size used FULL gives name, creation+revision date/time, size used/allocated, and file-ID
