Problem Description:
Fdformat on 3/80 running SunOS 4.1 is broken

WARNING: Floppy interface is slow! Do not leave floppy in the drive
	 when you rebooting DOS. Do not detach floppy drive during
	 boot time. This may cause your format a: to fail.

This fix is only for 3/80`s.

Note:  Most of the bugid's above are duplicates of the same problem.

reboot with new kernel
