Problem Description:

Case 1:
Problem occurs when Sybase dataserver is accessed locally (not from
another machine) via tcp/ip from client processes. The bug would
probably occur on any server being heavily accessed locally.
Case 2:
When opening up one connection and keeping it open, then
repeatedly opening and closing connections, every 3960-3980
connections, a connection fails with an "address already
	in use" error.

Install patch as follows:

Place the respective (depending the machine architecture - i.e.,what
you see when you type 'arch -k') tcp_usrreq.o in /sys/sunX/OBJ

Make a new kernel and reboot.

Please refer to the System and Network Administration portion of the manual
for "configuring and installing a custom kernel"
