Problem Description: 

Bug 1052667: 
	Only in NSE1.2.2, resync : brings down everything in the parent
	environment, although the child might only have had some 
	component.


Bug 1054047: 
	Dir missing in child's catname. New uid assigned. Resync renamed it 
	to *.child. When this was the control pt dir, then env could no 
	longer be activated.


INSTALL: 
	mv /usr/nse/bin/nsecmd /usr/nse/bin/nsecmd.FCS
	cp sun{3,4}/nsecmd /usr/nse/bin/nsecmd 
        chmod 755 /usr/nse/bin/nsecmd
	chown root /usr/nse/bin/nsecmd

	mv /usr/nse/etc/nse.putbackd /usr/nse/etc/nse.putbackd.FCS
	cp sun{3,4}/nse.putbackd /usr/nse/etc/nse.putbackd 
	chmod 755 /usr/nse/etc/nse.putbackd
	chown root /usr/nse/etc/nse.putbackd
