Problem Description: 
In 4.1.1, wildcard characters used in interactive restore do not
work when adding files to the extract list.

INSTALL: 

As Root:
--------
 mv /usr/etc/restore /usr/etc/restore.fcs
  cp `arch -k`/restore /usr/etc

   Make sure the premissions of the new command are as follows:
-rwsr-xr-x  1 root       139516 Oct 11  1990 /usr/etc/restore*
