Problem Description:

	Accessing a tape drive on a 3/60 running SunOS 4.1.1 causes
	the machine to crash with a "panic: bus error."  This is due 
	to a bug in the CDROM driver code executed at boot time.
 

INSTALL: 

     mv /sys/sun3/OBJ/sr.o /sys/sun3/OBJ/sr.o.FCS
     cp sun3/sr.o /sys/sun3/OBJ/sr.o

Regen the kernel and reboot with the new kernel.

     Please Refer to the System and Networking Administration Manual
             section on building and installing a custom kernel.
