Problem Description: 
%whois john 
will fail with a host unknown error message because sri-nic.arpa is an obsolete
name, and only exists as a cname for nic.ddn.mil.

Install Instructions: 

As root:
mv /usr/ucb/whois /usr/ucb/whois.fcs
cp `arch`/{4.0.3;4.1;4.1.1}/whois /usr/ucb/whois

Use chmod and chown to set the premissions of whois to match those shown
below.
