Problem Description: Race condition in TNT ClassItemGroup code

INSTALL:
	
	1. cd to the TNT directory (cd $OPENWINHOME/etc/NeWS/tnt)
	2. save file group.ps (mv group.ps group.ps.org)
	3. copy patch into current directory (cp patchdir/sun4/group.ps .)
	4. restart OpenWindows
