Problem Description: 
BugId 1041154
Ex in open mode with '-' option does not display correctly because
term type is not set in this option.

Install Instructions: 

sun4 version works on both sun4 and sun4c
sun3 version works on both sun3 and sun3x

        As root:
 
        Save the original copy of ex:
                cp /usr/ucb/ex /usr/ucb/ex.FCS
        Install the new copy of ex
                cp `arch`/{4.1,4.1.1}/ex /usr/ucb
                chmod 0755 /usr/ucb/ex
