Problem Description: 
If a level 0 dump is performed with the achive file option (a) then a
'restore ta' will work just fine. If the dump is an incremental or
partial dump, then restore fails with
	'Cannot find file removal list'
and restore terminates.


INSTALL:

1) Login as root.
2) mv /usr/etc/dump /usr/etc/dump.fcs
3) mv `arch`/{4.1.1,4.1.2}/dump /usr/etc/dump
4) chown root.tty /usr/etc/dump
5) chmod 755 /usr/etc/dump
6) chmod ug+s /usr/etc/dump
