Problem Description:

	Bug 1062369
	File corruption seems to be occuring when transfered 
	from a VAX system to a Sun system.

	Bug 1072806
	Dnicp of binary files to RSX systems is broken.

	Bug 1081746
	Dnicp returns a "file not found" message, when in actuality the
	problem is that the default decnet account on the vax does not
	have access to the file.

	Bug 1083426
	DNI permissions on files copied by dnicp to Vax/VMS system are
	not set properly.

Installation:

	As root:

	mv /usr/sunlink/dni/dnicp /usr/sunlink/dni/dnicp.orig
	cp `arch`/dnicp /usr/sunlink/dni

	chown root /usr/sunlink/dni/dnicp
	chmod 755 /usr/sunlink/dni/dnicp
