Problem Description: 
Make fails with the error message  Unexpected end of line when the command
"include" is split across an 8K boundary.


Install Instructions: 

    As Root
	mv /usr/bin/make /usr/bin/make.FCS
	cp <patch-dir>/<arch>/make /usr/bin/make
	chmod 755 /usr/bin/make
	chown root /usr/bin/make
