		Note that the name of the config file may be changed by simply
	correcting the *infile variable to whatever string (file name) you
	wish (right now it is "/etc/priv.conf").  Also, the priv executable
	that BRL now uses is protected only by ownership and group allocation
	(it executes as uid=root!!).
