	The enclosed disk contains the source necessary
to use the Princeton Unix fortran compiler and run-time
system. The disk is a unix file system with 4872 blocks.

	The applicable DEC reference for the language accepted is
the RT-11 Fortran Language Reference Manual.

	The directory /doc contains supplementary documentation;
changes to the language are described in the file "fortguide".
The "*.doc" files contain manual-style documentation for the command of
the same name. All documentation files should be nroff'ed with the
macro file "roffmacs."

	The shell file "make_fort" in /fortran will generate all
of the software needed. Prior to running it, the proper one of {f.eis, f.fis, f.fpu}
should be copied to the hardware description file "f.m11"

	The following files will be created:

	/usr/mdec/dcopy	- rk11 copy and compactification program
	/bin/link	- fortran linker
	/usr/bin/crefer	- cross reference processor for link
	/usr/bin/libr	- fortran object librarian
	/usr/bin/narc	- source archiver
	/bin/macro	- fortran macro assembler
	/lib/fortovr	- compiler overlays
	/bin/fortran	- fortran_______ command
	/lib/f4		- fortran library
