Symptom:
On a system with the SMM board installed, 
1) Install Server Manager 5.0 Standard
2) Update the BIOS
3) Click on the Temperature Icon
   A Dr. Watson error (GP Fault) will occur

Root Cause:
The SmmAgent state machine was not set properly after a firmware update so 
the GUI didn't have to wait for the SMM to finish rebooting.

Solution:
1) Stop the NCR Hardware Monitor Service via Control Panel -> Services.
2) Copy the attached file SmmAgent.HWX to the %SvrMgr% directory
3) Restart the service
