On a server with NT 4.0, Server Manager 5.0 Extended, RAS, and the
Network Monitor Agent loaded, after rebooting, a Dr Watson resulted 
for NTSM.EXE.  (ES971842)

The fix is supplied in a new SMM.DLL.
