Problem: When SM has initiated a shutdown due to AC power loss, it does
not abort the shutdown if AC power recovers (ES970858).

This is an updated fix as of 10/10/97.  It also matches the version
of evtmon.dll on the Server Manager 5.1 CD.

To load this fix:

1. Stop the "NCR Server Monitor" service (using services control panel
   applet).
2. Replace the existing EvtMon.dll in \smm32\SvrMgr directory by the
   EvtMon.dll in this patch.
3. Start the "NCR Server Monitor" service.
