Symptom:
After opening and closing the SNMP Event Viewer, a Dr. Watson application
error occurs on trapview.exe. (ES971801 & sam970028)

Cause:
When Server Manager is first installed and the SNMP Event Viewer is opened 
and closed without doing anything an application error will occur .  By 
selecting the Configure menu and then closing the dialog will work around 
this problem.

Solution:
A new trapview.exe with this problem fixed can be copied over the old one.
